Boys and girls ages 5 through 13 will learn cheers and sportsmanship from the Fenton High School cheer team. Parents, plan to arrive a little early to sign in your child, then return at 11:45 a.m. to watch the cheer performance. Students should be dressed in gym shoes, shorts or sweats, etc. This is a fun-filled opportunity to learn some cheers and basic fundamentals while observing experienced high school cheerleaders as they demonstrate some stunts and gymnastics. All participants will receive a cheer T-shirt. Registration deadline is 5 p.m. Jan. 6, 2011.
