Tanglewood Assisted Living hosts a Halloween parade and party on the sidewalks of downtown Fenton, starting at 6 p.m. at the Fenton Community Center.
Admission is free with a costume, $5 without a costume. Free food is available, provided by Joe and Lewie's Penalty Box; click here for more information.
