As a sociology student, I see a disturbing trend when it comes to parental rights. Parental Rights are not guaranteed in the Constitution. However, a subjective or even conflicting diagnoses may render a parent unfit. It is way past time we call on the Congress to change DCF, CPS and DHS, practices.
