Savvy Students: Elizabeth Davis

The school year is winding down. Graduation is around the corner. Fenton Patch would like to give recognition to Lake Fenton and Fenton seniors for all their hard work. That’s why we will be featuring the top 10 students from each school for the next several weeks.

Today we meet Elizabeth Davis, daughter of Jim and Kim Davis. She is one of Fenton High School's two salutatorians in the Class of 2011, with a 3.996 grade-point average. Here are her answers.

Name: Elizabeth Davis

Favorite subject: I like math, because I like working with numbers and it's challenging to me. And it's fun to work with different equations. Some people might not agree, but that's what I like.

Accomplishment you are most proud of: I'm salutatorian, so that's probably my biggest accomplishment. I worked really hard for it.

Thing you are most looking forward to this summer: Just spending time with my friends and hanging out before we all go off to college.

Favorite high school memory: My sophomore year, the soccer team made it to the state semifinals. It was a great accomplishment.

Celebrity you’d most like to meet: Cristiano Ronaldo, because he plays soccer really well. I look up to the way he plays.
