Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

As seen in this month's Yoga Journal. Learn SUP Yoga from a SUP Professional, Spirit Rising Trained Yoga Teacher and H2YO SUP yoga Instructor. We provide a safe environment guiding you through your asanas and a joyful practice. You will open your chakras and find your bliss in our classes.
This class has 2 levels and everyone is invited to join. Level one is a Hatha based practice following your breath with the asanas. Level two is a more challenging and vigorous practice.
The pre-requisite is a Beginner SUP Lesson or a Beginner H2YO class.
