Video: First Day at Andrew G. Schmidt Middle School
Sixth, seventh and eighth graders gather together on the first day of class.
The halls were bustling with Andrew G. Schmidt Middle School students opening lockers and scurrying off to class for the first time this school year.
The attentive staff assisted the young boys and girls as they made their way to the first period. The pupils introduced themselves to each other and to the AGS instructors as they began the day. Heidie Ciesielski, AGS principal and Eric Rettenmund, AGS assistant principal talked about the first day events, which went off without a hitch.
