Prior to his swearing-in at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, Dave Coulter is hosting a community-wide gathering with some special guests: all living fomer Ferndale Mayors have been invited to a Mayor's Reception to thank and recognize them for their service. Come by and meet Mayor Coulter and talk with the men and women who have led the city in the past.
