The Woodward5 is hosting its first event on Sunday May 1 from 12-4 pm. This five-city open house is aimed at sharing what each Woodward5 community has to offer, and is an opportunity to find out which houses are for sale in each city.

The Woodward5 is comprised of 5 cities + 2 school districts, Berkley City and Schools, Ferndale City and Schools, Huntington Woods, Pleasant Ridge, and Royal Oak, located along Woodward, forming the cultural hot zone in Metro Detroit. Anywhere you want to go is never far away.
