The timing of your online application will determine your effective date of coverage.

From Nov 15th - Dec 15th for a Jan 1st effective date of coverage,

From Dec 16th - Jan 15th for a Feb 1st effective date of coverage,

From Jan 16th - Feb 14th for a March 1st effective date of coverage. 

Every "Acceptable" policy MUST include the "10 Basic Elements".  All of these “Health Plus” plan options do include the “10 Basic Elements” and the premiums usually beat most other carriers with MORE insurance coverage.  Even if you have acceptable coverage set to begin by Jan 1, you can still update/change to one of these “Health Plus” plans.
