“It Takes a Village” New Parent Class Monday Class

September 15th - October 6th

The joys and challenges of new parenthood can be overwhelming, and exhausting and can leave us feeling lost and isolated in our new world. This group is a chance to discuss some of these experiences in a friendly, supportive environment, full of people who are going through the same ups and downs and adjustments as you. Come to feel supported, build friendships, and share with each other the tools we’ve learned to manage the first months of parenthood. This will be a four week session, each week with a new discussion topic.

Week 1: Self care and how to ask for help
Week 2: Trusting your instincts as a parent
Week 3: Accepting your new role as a parent
Week 4: Partner relationships and how they change


4 Week Session Cost: $ 40

All classes are held on Mondays from 11:30am - 12:30pm
