Man Shot, Injured At Event Venue In Oakland County: Police
It was unclear what led up to the shooting.
ROYAL OAK TOWNSHIP, MI — Police are investigating after a man was shot and injured at an event hall in Oakland County on Tuesday.
The shooting happened at 10:40 p.m. Tuesday at the Legacy Eight Event Center on Wyoming and Eight Mile in Royal Oak Township, according to police.
When officers arrived, they found a 41-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital where he was listed in stable condition, according to police.

Police have not arrested a suspected shooter, but said they are following several leads and continue to interview witnesses.
