Anyone that tells you, or anything you read, claiming to be able to give you a calorie intake recommendation without knowing your body fat percentage is misinformed. The ONLY way you can know your specific intake guide is to know your specific body fat percentage. To do that, you need to have it done manually, not on some chart.
