Pizzeria Temporarily Loses Liquor License
Ferndale police officers say they're not sure of the reason for the temporary liquor license suspension.

FERNDALE, MI – A Ferndale pizzeria has lost its liquor license for 50 days for reasons that aren’t clear.

A large orange sticker Ferndale police officers placed on the front door of Como’s restaurant at Nine Mile and Woodward Avenue notified customers the liquor license had been temporarily suspended, The Daily Tribune reports.

Mike Loepp of the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs told the newspaper details about the suspension wouldn’t be available until after the Christmas holiday.
Ferndale Police Chief Timothy Collins told the newspaper he doesn’t know why the liquor license was suspended.
