“I think Ferndale has a good basis of freethinking, open-minded people who would be very receptive to our shop and the creative process that goes on there,” said Rick.
, he feels the success of the shop is also attributed to the fact it is owner-operated.
“There’s a lot of people that own tattoo shops that aren’t even tattoo artists and have no idea of the ins and outs of the business and are just there to get rich quick due to the popularity of tattooing” said Rick.
Although everyone is in business to make money one way or another, Rick clarifies that they care about the quality of work that comes out of Signature.

“It’s a way for us to give back to our clients and everyone really likes it,” said Rick.
