Come let the kiddos enjoy the spirit of Easter at Painting With a Twist in Ferndale on Saturday. "Family Day with Mt. 3. Speed the Plow at

A masterwork skewering of the film industry, Speed the Plow is a hilarious close-up of art being sacrificed to commerce in a market where, as Producer Bobby Gould (Jamie Warrow) puts it, "it's our business to make what everyone else was making last year." . 4. The Used at

In the band’s only stop in Michigan, The Used is scheduled to appear at  in Berkley from 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday. The band will perform a short acoustic set and then sign for fans who purchase its new album, Vulnerable.

The first 200 purchasers will receive a wristband that guarantees them a signature and to meet the band.

5. Sun Messengers at

The Sun Messengers, an eight-piece R&B show-band, play everything from Motown classics to old school Funk. The official band of the Detroit Pistons and winners of several Detroit Music Awards, The Sun Messengers perform in the relaxed atmosphere of in Royal Oak on Sunday. The show starts at 8 p.m. and there is no cover.
