Winter Break Camp at Ferndale Recreation

Ferndale Recreation is proud to announce that registration has opened for this year’s Winter Break Camp.

The camp will run on Dec. 22, 23, 29 and 30 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on each day and is available to all children from ages 5 to 12. It only costs $30 per day, but those who sign up for all four dates will receive $20 off of their total purchase.

In addition to a bevy of fun camp activities, we also have a lineup up amazing field trips planned for each day of camp. On Dec. 22, we’ll head to Viking Ice Arena in Hazel Park for an ice skating session. Next, we’ll go to Chuck-E-Cheese’s in Troy for some arcade action and a pizza party on Dec. 23. For the following week we’ve planned a Dec. 29 visit to the Henry Ford Museum. Finally, we’ll wrap up camp with a movie and bowling at Emagine Theater in Royal Oak on Dec. 30.
