Ascension Genesys offers free smoking cessation program

Are you a tobacco user? Are you thinking about quitting but don't know where to begin? Ascension Genesys can help. "It’s never too late to quit,” a free program offered every other month, will help those looking to quit explore approaches to quitting, develop a personal quit plan, learn about tobacco use triggers, and talk with a team who will provide support and education.

The smoking cessation classes are led by Brian Cecil, RN and take place from 5 to 6:30 pm. Upcoming program dates are June 26, August 28, October 15 and December 17.

Smoking cessation classes will be held at Ascension Genesys Hospital, One Genesys Parkway, Grand Blanc, MI 48439 on the first floor in the Women’s Diagnostic Services area.
