• Goodrich School district clean audit, under budget (thecitizenonline.com) — Goodrich Area Schools just received a clean, unmodified audit while finishing the 2025–26 fiscal year under budget on both revenues and expenditures. The district’s fund balance dipped but remains strong compared with a decade ago, and enrollment is holding steady. Most spending continues to go toward instruction and support services for local students. 
• Mustangs tamed by Martians for 49-7 win (thecitizenonline.com) — Goodrich football fans can celebrate as the Martians improved to 5–0 overall and 3–0 in Flint Metro League Stars play with a dominant 49–7 win at Clio. Sophomore quarterback Ty Eickhoff threw three touchdowns, while Colton Burnett ran for three more. A stingy defense held Clio to just 148 total yards.
