Sacred Sundays Breathwork - Grand Rapids Edition
Event Details
Sacred Sundays returns to Grand Rapids for its second gathering—an immersive community breathwork experience designed to support rest, clarity, connection, and personal renewal.
Guided by Emefa Boamah, The Spaceholder’s Spaceholder, this monthly experience uses the Somaxis™ Breathwork Method and a silent-disco headphone format to create an individual inward journey held within a supportive community environment.
Participants will receive a wellness welcome bag and a post-event integration meditation to support reflection and continued practice after the gathering.
Whether you have attended Sacred Sundays before or this is your first time, you belong here.
