  1. The 61st District Court in Grand Rapids has announced a new waiver program to assist people in settling warrant, traffic, and parking ticket debts.   2. Grand Rapids' New Faith Temple Church of God in Christ gave away $500,000 in free new merchandise. The event was held on Saturday at the church location, 1701 Kalamazoo Ave SE, with items ranging from appliances to home décor.   3. Bobbie Butler will retire from the Grand Rapids Housing Commission after serving for 45 years. She was presented with a formal proclamation by Mayor Rosalynn Bliss at the Mar. 14 meeting. She will serve until her last day on Mar. 31, 2022. (grbj.com)
