- The Cathedral of Saint Andrew Pastor will be departing from the Catholic Diocese of Grand Rapids. Father Rene Constanza will be leaving the Diocese since he has been elected the new president of the Paulist Fathers organization. Diocese officials have not found a replacement for the departing pastor who is set to leave his post by June. (Fox17)
- The future of the Grand Rapids Sidewalk Snow Pilot Program is unclear as the program enters its final two months. The program clears one hundred miles of sidewalks in Grand Rapids when more than two inches of snow accumulates. Feedback about the project has been fairly positive according to the Grand Rapids Director of Public Works. (WOODTV.com)
- Some debit and credit cardholders have been offered free admission into some Grand Rapids museums. Those who hold cards with Bank of America, Merrill, and Bank of America Private Bank will receive access to the Grand Rapids Art Museum and the Public Museum.
