Here are the top three stories today in Grand Rapids:
- The Grand Rapids Police Department has released the footage of the shooting and killing of Patrick Lyoya, 26, to the public. The footage shows the traffic stop, the struggle, and the eventual shooting of Lyoya in the back of the head while the officer has Lyoya pinned to the ground with his knee. The Michigan State Police and the Kent County Prosecutor's Office are reviewing the footage while the unidentified officer is on departmental leave. (WDIV ClickOnDetroit)
