Predictions for Stanley Cup Playoffs (Conference Finals)

My predictions for the Conference Finals of the Stanley Cup Playoffs

Well, the Stanley Cup Playoffs is down to four teams.
They’ll all be fighting for a spot in the Stanley Cup Finals. Let’s analyze the
matchups:

Western Conference Finals: Los Angeles Kings VS Phoenix Coyotes.

REGULAR SEASON SERIES: Tied 3-3.

OVERVIEW: This should be a fun, exciting series to watch; two young teams that have a lot of talent and skill. These two teams don’t like each other and have a bit of a rivalry going this season. Anze Kopitar, Dustin Brown, and Mike Richards will be key for the Kings attack, while Shane Doan, Ray Whitney, and Radim Vrbata will lead the Coyotes attack. Basically, it will come down to the Kings size and strength, against the Coyotes speed and talent. This series is a toss-up and should be good entertainment.

PREDICTION: Kings in 7.

Eastern Conference Finals: New Jersey Devils VS New York
Rangers.

REGULAR SEASON SERIES: Tied 3-3.

OVERVIEW: This is a matchup the hockey world wanted to see. These two teams
don’t like each other and there’s some bad blood still brewing between the two teams. The goaltending will play a huge factor in this series as Martin Brodeur and Henrik Lundqvist are two of the NHL’s best. Illya Kovalchuk, Patrick Elias, Zach Parise, and Travis Zajac will lead the way for New Jersey, while Marian Gaborik, Ryan Callahan, and Marc Staal will lead the attack for the Rangers. This should be a classic series, filled with excitement and aggression. This series is definitely one to watch.
