BREAKING: House Explodes in Metro Detroit (VIDEO)
No one was home when the house blew up, according to reports.
Updated at 2:53 p.m.
A house exploded in the 11900 block of Harold near Rubin in Warren about 1;30 p.m. Monday afternoon.
There were no injuries, and no one was at home at the time, Warren Fire Chief David Frederick told The Detroit News. Firefighters had the fire under control in about 20 minutes, but have yet to determine the cause of the explosion.

“They’re still checking for hotspots and stuff like that,” he said. “As far as I know, it sounds like there’s significant damage.”

Firefighters have yet to determine the cause of the explosion.
