Beginning on November 30th, and continuing each Saturday through December 21st, the Grosse Pointe Mompreneurs will bring children's holiday activities to the Village of Grosse Pointe. The "Passport to Santa's Village" event will feature fun and interactive children's programming including crafts, letters to Santa, a Holly Jolly Jamboree, Signing Story Time, and more! This event is free of charge, and is open to children of all ages.
Children can make cards to be delivered to the Senior Citizens in our community, via Services for Older Citizens. Amanda Armitage, Photographer and Designer will be on hand to take pictures of the children in a hot cocoa themed photo booth. Pictures may be purchased for a nominal fee, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity. Educational children's gifts will also be available for purchase during the event.
The fun will begin each Saturday at 11am, and Santa will arrive at Noon. Santa's Village is located in the Village of Grosse Pointe, on Kercheval between St. Clair and Notre Dame. Look for it next to Great Clips.
