Aiming for a strong finish on the season

The coach says his squad can round into shape by the end of the season, and become a strong presence in the county meet and state tournament.

"I really think we can be a top-15 team at county's this year. That's a big goal for us," Snider said. "And I'd also like to see us win our district. I think these are things we can accomplish this season. I do. But there's a lot of work ahead for us."

Grosse Pointe South lost dual matches to Lake Shore and Lincoln on Thursday.
