Up Down All Around Inversion Workshop with Caren Paskel at Yoga Shelter

Yoga Shelter's Caren Paskel will teach and Inversion Workshop in Grosse Pointe

Come join Yoga Shelter teacher Caren Paskel and learn the basic foundations and components for Inversions and arm balancing poses. This workshop is not about being able to stand on our heads! We will be learning what it takes to face our fears, try new things, work together, fall gracefully, all while giving our personal practice a boost. This workshop is for all levels, shapes, sizes and experience. By strengthening our bodies we can move forward together on our spiritual journey, so together we shall go up, down and all around.
Saturday, November 15th 6:00-7:30 PM
$20 per person. $15 for Ultimate Shelter Members!
