20th Annual Garden Tour

See how these gardens grow. LocalMotionGreen and Grosse Pointe Garden Center, Inc., are holding their 20th Annual Garden Tour on June 25 and 26, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., rain or shine.

Buy a ticket and tour eight private gardens, including three that are pesticide-free. You'll also see a dog-friendly step garden, an outdoor kitchen and dining room, a unique railroad garden, water gardens, a rose garden with more than 150 roses, herbs, vegetables and fruits, a rain barrel irrigation system, plus native plants, a woodland garden and a wildlife oasis.

Plus, MSU Master Gardener information will be available, and artists will be sketching in the gardens.

Tickets: $12 in advance and $15 on tour days, and are valid both days. Children under 12 get in free. No strollers allowed. Tickets are available through LocalMotionGreen and other locations:
