Friends of the Grosse Pointe Public Library is holding a Classics Books Lecture Series.
This evening, Theodore Dreiser's novel, Sister Carrie, is the topic. Professor Gregg Crane, of the University of Michigan's Department of English, will lead the discussion. There will also be time set aside for audience participation.
Lectures are held at Grosse Pointe South High School.
