Grosse Pointe Park Little League Registration

Dear Parents,

Grosse Pointe Park Little League, Home of the 2011 - 10,11, and 12 year old District an State Champions, is open for registration.   www.gppll.com 

It's that time of year again.  Soon, believe it or not, it will be Spring.  Our Registration is now open.  Please register as soon as you can.  It helps us know how many players we will have and that in turn tells us the number of teams, Manager's that will be needed etc.  The sooner we know, the more organized we can be.

Our Evaluation day this year will be Sunday, March 4th.  More information on Evaluation day will follow, however the first step is to get your son or daughter registered.  Families that register early will receive the early registration fee.  After the Early registration ends, we revert back to the Regular Registration fee.  So it does encourage you to register early.  

New this year is the 5 year old rookie league for 5 year olds only.

Also new is the 50 - 70 for 13 year olds only.  50 foot mound, 70 foot bases.  A 13 year old can play in the rookie league and in the Jr. League as well.  13 year olds can play in the Jr. League and not play 50 -70 , it's your call.  The Jr. League is comprised of 13 and 14 year olds and the mound is 60 feet and the bases 90 feet.


Setting up the on line register is always a challenge and at this point we have only noticed one glitch.  If your son or daughter would like to play in the 50 - 70 League, the fee is 150.00 , however the computer program charges you 300.00.  At this point we have to run with it.  So, please register (if you would like) for the 50 - 70 and our League will reimburse you the 150.00.  Once again the sooner we know how many players are interested in the 50 -70 League, the better.  THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!  Question regading the 50/70 League can be sent to fkurta@gppll.com.
