Come to Grosse Pointe War Memorial for a Holiday Tea, themed "Getting to Know George Gershwin." You'll enjoy tea and converation in the formal rooms of the historic Alger House. Then, the group will retire to the library for a program presented by Penny Masouris. She'll offer a glimpse into the life of Gershwin, by mixing a lecture with music. Reservations are required, and the $23 ticket price includes sandwiches, sweets, coffee/tea and the program.
