War Memorial is offering a seminar in Creative Journaling. It's a great way to help you gain insights, get in touch with your emotions and feelings, sort through experiences, or even set goals for yourself by combining writing with visual images.
Bring a blank journal. There will be pencils, pens, watercolors, markers and more to get you started on your way. Alyce Hartman is the instructor.
