Talking Headstones

An outdoor stage production of fictional vignettes portraying Grosse Pointe ancestors in historic St. Paul Cemetery. Those who live in the area will recognize many of the characters’ names from the streets named after them. Other characters
are based on the personal family history of a writer. Talking Headstones is a collaboration of the Grosse Pointe Historical Society and Grosse Pointe Theatre. Bring lawn chairs and dress for the weather. Free parking at Grosse Pointe United Methodist Church, across from the cemetery. - The scripts were written by local playwrights through Grosse Pointe Theatre. Award-winning Michigan playwright Kim Carney also wrote a piece for the production.
