The Grosse Pointe Library Foundation and the Grosse Pointe Public Library are pleased to announce the first annual Write on Pointe! – a writers’ conference and author fair -- at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial, on Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 9am to 4pm.
Write on Pointe! conference attendees can choose from a variety of writing workshops and presentations throughout the day, all featuring local writing professionals. Along with the presentations, there will be a Local Author Fair running throughout the day, featuring more than twenty
authors from the Pointes and metro-Detroit. The authors’ books will be available for purchase and book signing. Light refreshments will be served midday.
