Experts offer tips for managing stress and personal balance for members of the "Sandwich Generation"

The Family Center of Grosse Pointe & Harper Woods is hosting a free seminar for the “Sandwich Generation” - those taking care of an aging parent, while managing the day-to-day needs of themselves and their family. The seminar includes four 30-minute talks with experts from a variety of disciplines. The event is open to the public, and vendor space is also available. The seminar takes place on Thursday, February 12 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. located at the Assumption Cultural Center (21800 Marter Rd, St.Clair Shores).
