Grosse Pointe Resident, Merrill Lynch Advisor Is Honored As Top Financial Advisor

Merrill Lynch Institutional Consultant Marie Vanerian was recently recognized by Barron’s magazine as one of “America's Top 1,200 Advisors: State-by-State.” She was also on the Barron's Top 1,200 list in 2015.

This recognition is not only an industry honor, but also a testament to Marie's accomplishments. Marie, a senior vice president at Merrill Lynch’s The Vanerian Group, began her career at Merrill Lynch in 1977. A Certified Investment Management Analyst, Marie was recently awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation from Fiduciary 360.

The Vanerian Group was recognized last year as one of Barron’s Top 30 Institutional Consulting Teams. Marie has been recognized as one of Barron’s "Top 1,000 Financial Advisors" for each year from 2011-2014; and also was acknowledged five times as one of its “Top 100 Women Financial Advisors,” in the nation.

She is a resident of Grosse Pointe. Marie graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
