Grosse Pointe Farms Public Safety Office say a man suspected of snatching a woman's purse is in custody.
Grosse Pointe Farms police say a man matching the description of someone who pushed a woman near the corner of Webster and Calvin and stole her purse is now in police custody.
The man was crossing Mack near LaFontaine headed for Detroit when he was picked up, according to police.
The Grosse Pointe Farms Public Safety Office issued a Nixle report at 8:16 a.m. this morning about the purse snatching incident and also that the suspect had been located.
