Grosse Pointe Park Pharmacist Indicted For Fake Prescriptions
The pharmacist was supposedly working as part of a major drug ring in Detroit.
GROSSE POINTE PARK, MI — A Grosse Pointe Park pharmacist was arrested for writing hundreds of fake prescriptions as part of a drug ring in Detroit, according to a report from FOX 2 Detroit.
Beacon Pointe Pharmacy owner, Hasna Bashir Iwas, 60, is charged with unlawful distribution of prescription drug controlled substances, conspiracy, and unlawfully maintaining drug-involved premises.
