The Michigan High School Athletic Association has announced Grosse Pointe South will host Detroit Cass Tech for the first-round football playoff game at 7 p.m. Friday at home.
Grosse Pointe South has a 8-1 record, and Detroit Cass Tech has an 7-2 record.
