A must-see holiday event for the entire family! Join Clara on her magical journey through the enchanting Land of Snow to the Kingdom of the Sweets. With an impressive cast of Michigan’s most talented ballet students, joined by international ballet guest artists, Cervilio Amador and Janessa Touchet, leading Principals of the Cincinnati Ballet, the Nutcracker is a wonderful holiday tradition to be enjoyed by all ages.

Join us at the Detroit Music Hall, to enjoy a truly traditional Russian rendition of the Nutcracker ballet with professional guest artists Cervilio Amador and Janessa Touchet, Principals of the Cincinnati Ballet. Presented by the Academy of Russian Classical Ballet, the guest artists will take the stage along with a cast of 80 local ballet students from Michigan and Ohio for this wonderful performance. This is the tenth anniversary of the Academy’s production. We are very excited to showcase talented Metro-Detroit ballet students alongside world-class professional ballet dancers on the historic Detroit Music Hall stage

The Academy of Russian Classical Ballet, under the direction of Jessica Rayevskiy, is located in Wixom, MI. The Academy has been named the “Official Best Ballet Academy” in Michigan, and has alumni performing professionally throughout the world.
The Nutcracker is tradition for families across the country, and there is no better way to celebrate the holidays than with a performance of Academy of Russian Classical Ballet’s production at the Detroit Music Hall!
