UPDATE: Power Restored in Grosse Pointe Woods
Ferry Elementary School is closed for the day for students and staff after a power outage in Grosse Pointe Woods on Thursday morning.
SEPT 20, 9:42 A.M. DTE rews have restored power to the affected portions of Grosse Pointe Woods, according to a Nixle alert.
SEPT. 20, 7:51 A.M. According to a Nixle report at 7:11 a.m. this morning, there is currently a power outage which was caused by a transformer in the rear yard of 720 Hampton.
DTE has been notified. The affected areas are the north side of Hampton from 720 to the east city limits and all of Roslyn from Marter to east city limits, including Ferry school and the south side of S. Brys.
