The Rattlesnake Hosts Chef's Dinner ft. Beers of Belgium

The Rattlesnake crew invites you to enjoy a celebration of Belgium beers on Thursday, March 10 @ 6:30 p.m. We all know and love Michigan’s award-winning craft beers but many brewers take cues from the storied breweries of Belgium. Five of Belgium’s finest brews will be paired with Chef Chris’s always-innovative cuisine followed by a discussion about the beers, their food pairings, and any questions guests may have. It promises to be another unforgettable Rattlesnake event!

Featured Beers: Lefebvre Blanch de Bruxelles (Blegian Wheat/Witbier), Duvel (Belgian Strong), Orval (Belgian Ale), Liefmans Goudenband (Sour Brown), Rochefort Trappistes 10 (Belgian Quad).
