Feeling like the weight of the world is on you shoulders? Take your thumbs and feel for the tight spots on your shoulders. When you feel a tight knot , apply a decent amount of pressure with you thumb and hold for 10 seconds. You can use a golf ball to get in a little deeper if your thumbs aren't strong enough.
Take time a few times a day to do this, and it will likely help your shoulders feel looser.
