When you have a headache try stopping what you're doing, sitting down in a quiet place (if possible) and become aware of your breathing. Start by placing you index and middle finger on your temples. Make small circles using a good amount of pressure. Continue down with the same movement in front of your ears, to your jaw, behind your ears, to that bony ridge in the lower back of your head (the occipital ridge). 5 minutes of this and you should be feeling better!
