Physical Features: Shaggy hair, has a little upside down heart on his bottom. Wearing a harness and has a little doggy sweater on.

Weight: 10lbs

Contact (phone or email -Facebook contact isn't sufficient): Has a microchip but unfortunately it's not labeled to us (we just got him)
One man said he possibly saw him near
Rucker RD around the time of 6am.
