This week's selection for Visions for Vacancies is an attactive store front space facing Kercheval in The Village in Grosse Pointe.

The property, 17116 Kercheval Avenue, recently housed an upscale lingerie shop which has now moved next door to a smaller space.

The property is just north of the popular Village Toy Company and sits on a .7 acre lot which backs to a public parking lot.

According to online property record information on Loopnet.com, the property is owned by a family trust registered in Harper Woods.
