Weather Dampens Grosse Pointe North Soccer Contest

The boys soccer teams from and Lakeview High managed to get the first half of play in before lightning, heavy rain and thunderstorms Wednesday evening left officials with little choice but to call the game and reschedule it for a later date.

School officials, along with the game's referees waited for more than an hour before deciding to postpone the game. 

At the time of delay, the Huskies were up 3-0, with the second half yet to get under way.
