WOMC Radiothon to Benefit Gleaners Community Food Bank
WOMC will be broadcasting live for 14 hours from the agency's Detroit distribution center and the Kroger store in Plymouth, to benefit GCFB.
On January 28, 2015, WOMC will be broadcasting live for 14 hours (6:00am-8:00pm) from the agency’s Detroit distribution center and the Kroger store in Plymouth. During the Radiothon, listeners can call (855) 315-FOOD (3663), visitwww.gcfb.org or go to www.womc.com, or visit the Plymouth Kroger Store to make a contribution. Supporters will have a chance to win special prizes when making a pledge, including: tickets to special Detroit Gala and sporting events, theatre tickets, dinning certificates, autographed sports memorabilia and more. All who pledge to make an annual commitment of $20/month will become a Hunger Hero and receive a Made in Detroit Radiothon T-Shirt. All donations during the Radiothon will be matched, allowing donors to double their impact.
