Thousands still without power across Washtenaw, Livingston counties (mlive.com) — Power is still out for thousands of customers in Livingston County, with outages heavily concentrated in and around Howell after Thursday's powerful storm and possible tornado. DTE expects most customers to be restored by Sunday, but some Howell-area residents may wait through Sept. 6 as crews repair extensive wind damage across the region.
