AT&T Expands 4G LTE Coverage to More Hartland Customers
Additional Cell Sites Upgraded to 4G LTE as Part of AT&T's Project VIP Investment.

As part of its continuing network investment and ongoing 4G LTE rollout, AT&T has upgraded three mobile Internet cell sites in Hartland, Howell and Fowlerville to expand AT&T 4G LTE coverage for area residents and businesses.
“AT&T news investment is great news for families and job providers in Hartland and Fowlerville,” said state Sen. Joe Hune (R-Hamburg Township). “The company’s innovation and technology mean faster speeds and better connections at home, around the office and on the road.”
The network enhancement adds new layers of frequency, also known as “carriers” to the Livingston County communities. Faster speeds can be found in the Hartland and Howell areas, along M-23 south of Clyde Road and along M-59, south of I-96, respectively. In Fowlerville, the enhancements will be noticed along between S. Bull Run and S. Gregory Road, near W Iosco Road.

AT&T launched its ultra-fast 4G LTE network in Detroit in September 2012. The new cell sites are one part of AT&T’s ongoing efforts to expand 4G LTE coverage and to drive investment and innovation to deliver the nation’s best, most advanced mobile Internet experience for customers.
“Our goal is for our customers to have an extraordinary experience, and they’ll be able to download, upload, stream and game faster than ever before on our 4G LTE network,” said Jim Murray, president, AT&T Michigan. “As part of the Livingston County community, we’re always looking for new opportunities to provide enhanced coverage, and our investment in the local wireless network is another way we’re accomplishing that.”
